New infrastructure doesn’t have to disrupt the way people live. Built right, it strengthens the grid, earns its keep from day one, and leaves the community better — now and for generations.
Why It Matters
Texans remember what happens when the grid runs thin. We're building storage that helps make sure it doesn't — sited where the grid needs it, on a timeline the grid can use, with technology that's safe for the community and built at home.
Land secured. Environmental complete. Interconnection underway at Phantom Hill 345 kV — one of the most strategic nodes in ERCOT West.
On track for mid-2027 NTP and commercial operations 18 months later. Pre-development work done up front means power on the grid when demand is rising fastest.
Dispatchable capacity that reduces curtailment, supports reliability, and pays its way — not another draw on the system, but a stabilizer for it.
Vanadium flow chemistry. 100% domestically sourced. 100% recyclable. No water waste. No fire risk. Storage Texas can be proud of and live next to.
The Land · Jones County, Texas
The parcel is dryland farmland that has run at roughly a quarter of its historical yield for more than a decade — the water table has dropped, the rain has shifted, and the economics of cropping it have gone with them. Right next door sits the Phantom Hill 345 kV substation. The same ground that won't support a profitable harvest will support the grid Texas actually needs. And the facility we're putting on it is designed to belong here.
Northwest corner of the parcel — dryland that has run at roughly a quarter of its historical yield for more than a decade.
Phantom Hill 345 kV — the project's point of interconnection, right next door.

How We Work
The hardest part of a project this size isn’t the technology — it’s orchestration. Knowing which specialists a project needs, and bringing them in at the right moment, in the right order. We’re the least technical people in the room, by design: our job is to convene the team, not to be it.
Every project is a puzzle — land, capital, technology, interconnection, offtake, permitting, community. We hold the whole picture and fit the pieces together in the sequence that gets it built.
Our edge isn’t being the expert — it’s knowing who is. We bring in the best in every seat and connect them precisely when it moves a project forward.
Go-giver, not go-getter. We bring value to every table before we ask for any. Generosity offered up front, and trust earned over time, compound — and they make stronger projects than transactions ever will.
Leadership
ReDewable is founder-led by a Texas A&M graduate with deep roots in construction, development, and energy infrastructure. Texas-born and raised — and raising the next generation right here. Every decision we make about this project, we make as neighbors first.
